A YOUNG Fladbury team triumphed in the Martley six-a-side tournament.
They won their three group matches against Martley B, West Hagley and Knighton before overcoming the host club's A team in the semi-final.
Paul and James Martin gave Fladbury a flying start against Old Vigornians in the final with a stand of 50 in a final score of 65-1 from their five overs.
Good bowling and tight fielding ensured the chasers were never in the hunt as the Fladbury squad of Dave Prudden, Steve Leonard, Steve Guy, William Wade and the two Martins ran out winners by 29 runs.
