TWO men have been sent for trial by jury accused of making a death threat.
Maurice James, of Highfield Close, Droitwich Spa, and Stuart Freeman deny threatening to kill Mark Jordan on January 30 this year.
The 25-year-olds also pleaded not guilty to a second charge of affray when they appeared at Worcester Crown Court.
James and Freeman, of, Tree Acre Grove, Halesowen, were granted bail.
