I ENTIRELY agree with your editorial (Monday, August 21) that we should all, where at all possible, count our blessings.
After nearly a third of my life in and out of hospital with manic depression, I have now lived alone in Warndon for more than 20 years, on the whole increasingly happily, and I thank whatever God there is for that.
