A SPORTING Spa trader is organising a charity fun run to raise cash for needy children.
Brian Eglesfield, of Droitwich Sport, in High Street, wants generous runners to take part in the first North Worcester Fun Run on Sunday September 10.
All cash raised from the event will go to the Save the Children charity.
The four-mile run begins at 11am, starting and finishing at the Hadley Bowling Green Inn, in Hadley Heath, Droitwich.
Entry fee is £4 and Brian wants lots of charitable residents to join in.
He said: "It should appeal to all levels of runners particularly those who have not run a similar race before."
Entry forms are available from Droitwich Sport, Droitwich Spa Brine Baths, in St Andrew's Road, and Droitwich Sports and Leisure Centre, in Briar Mill.
