POLICE are appealing for a witness to come forward after a tractor was stolen by two youths from a Wythall golf course.
The theft happened at about 2pm on Thursday, August 17, at the Gay Hill Golf Club.
It is thought two youths were seen riding around on the tractor on the sixth green by an unknown golfer.
The tractor was then seen disappearing between the hedgerows heading towards the Hollywood and Trumans Heath area by one of the groundsmen.
The tractor is a small sit-on type with a front loader bucket.
Pc Mark Wilkes, of Wythall police, said: "The golfer has not been traced and holds vital information to the theft.
"I appeal for him or anyone else who may know the youths to call me on 584888."
