MR Margrett asks Councillor Beardwood to explain the cost of £90,000 per annum for child care.
I think it would be more pertinent if Councillor Beardwood would explain how his salary as Chairman of Advantage West Midlands is warranted.
Does anyone even know what Advantage West Midlands is? It is not wanted and most certainly is not required. It is no more than a political quango set up to pave the way for regional government - which no one wants.
I would ask what academic qualifications the job calls for, what the job entails and what stress if any, there is with the job. Now ask a staff nurse at Ronkswood the same questions.
