IS 'The Meadow,' the unfenced public open space between Clent Road, Rubery, and New Inns Lane, Frankley, safely in the hands of Bromsgrove District Council - its owner, for the foreseeable future?
There are rumours again that it might be used for car parking.
Rare wild orchids grow in a nearby field, and it would be nice to think that these little plants can even be growing on The Meadow as well. Unfortunately The Meadow is being mown far too often during the football season for anything other than just grass to grow!
