FOR years Droitwich candidates sought re-election to district or county on empty promises of a better health centre to match our expanded population.
Yet only six months in office new boy Edgar Harwood has committed county to actually build a new facility for our Spa.
At last we have a man of action instead of another useless windbag. Well done Councillor Harwood.
