THOUSANDS of bike fans lined up to pay tribute to schoolboy motorcycle champion Chris Jones, above, who was killed in a crash at a racetrack.
Riders and fans paid a minutes silence to Chris, aged 14, of Droitwich, at a British Superbike Championship meeting at Oulton Park, Cheshire. Chris died on Bank Holiday Monday when he was involved in a collision on the starting line of the 10th round of the British 125GP Championship race at Cadwell Park, near Louth, Lincolnshire.
