I write in reply to J Parr's (Your Letters, August 26) remark about the waste he thinks has taken place re the resurfacing of the roads in Malvern.
I can assure him the money was well spent and the roads that were done were in need of treatment. Pity a few more of the roads and footpaths around Malvern are not treated, they are in desperate need
