UPTON Scout troop is looking for local boys and girls to swell its ranks.
Boys and girls between the ages of 10 and 18 are welcome to join the troop, which will have a special Explorers section for young people over 14. The troop meets on Thursday evenings from 7pm to 9pm.
The Scout troop faced being disbanded earlier this year because of a lack of leaders, but with new leaders now in charge, the troop is hoping to expand.
The Upton-upon-Severn Scout Group is still looking for volunteer leaders to work with its Beaver and Cub Scout sections and would be delighted to hear from anyone who is interested.
