PUPILS at Finstall First School put their balancing, catching and spinning skills to the test as part of their arts week.
The Shooting Stars circus group came into the school in Carnforth Road last Wednesday to teach the children some circus skills. The arts week also included a string of activities such as Samba dancing accompanied by a local drumming group, reading of historical stories and a country dancing session. The children also made books with their reading partners.
