SIR - May I congratulate Worcestershire County Council on the organisation behind the compost bin day at the Rugby Club?
There were a lot of people there and the queues were very long but, with such good organisation, everything flowed smoothly.
There were very pleasant people handing out bins and helping people carry them to their cars. Car marshals were on hand to control
the traffic.
All too often, we criticise local authorities. But in this case, they were superb. Well done, Worcestershire County Council.
