Fairfield Sunday edged Westheath Snooker 7-6 on penalties after both sides had drawn 2-2 by the end of extra-time and Wychbold RBL defeated Bromsgrove Athletic 3-1.
In the Worcester County Junior Cup round one Droitwich lost to Abbeydale 6-0 and Rednal Social were beaten 6-1 by Stourport.
Northfield Town thrashed Millfield Rovers 3-1 in the Steven Troth Cup's second round.
Cofton Harriers moved into round three of the Jim Fleeman Cup by defeating The Coach House 3-1.
In the Redditch and South Warwickshire Combination League Premier Division Mettis Aerospace drew 2-2 with Black Horse.
Hoolihans beat Hogshead 7-2 in Division One and Dog and Pheasant beat Mount FC 4-0.
In Division Three Rubery edged Frankley Rangers 6-5.
