A NEW Droitwich housing scheme providing rented homes for local families is almost complete.
The £630,000 development at The Waterfront in Kidderminster Road comprises 24 one, two and three-bedroom rented houses, all allocated to people registered for housing on Wychavon's common housing register.
Spa Housing Association is developing the project in partnership with Laing Homes and funding from the Housing Corporation.
Clare Huyton, executive director of Spa, said: "These are good quality, high specification homes that will go towards meeting Droitwich's need for more affordable properties."
