THROUGH your letter columns of the Journal, may I thank everyone who supported a very successful Mayor's Ball on Friday last, particularly the caterers, the band, bar staff and local balloon company who made it such a very enjoyable evening.
Thanks also must go to the local businesses and individuals who have made donations either financial or by donating prizes for the draw, auction and tombola.
Finally to everyone who attended the event, thanks for making it such a memorable evening for me.
