STAR and Garter cruised into the third round of the Advertiser/Messenger Cup by recording a 7-3 victory over Cofton Celtic on Sunday.
Goals for C Cartwright (3), Scatter (2), Webb and A Cartwright cancelled out strikes by Wright (2) and Battle.
In the LMS Shield's second round Victoria Barnt Green beat Waseley United 4-0, with Weatherall bagging all the goals.
In the Advertiser/Messenger League Division One Jones and Boyce scored for British Oak, who drew 2-2 with Cofton Falcons. Phillips and Hassett scored for Cofton.
In Division Two Turks Head got the better of Wychbold 4-1, with Harris, Pinfield, Paar and Millroy scoring.
Nailers Arms beat Freemasons 3-1, with Johnson, Carlson and Clarke hitting the back of the net in Division Three.
BAI progressed to the second round of the Bromsgrove Charity Cup Minor after defeating Sugarbrook 5-1. In the second round AFC Golden Lion beat Harriers Trust 3-1, Mettis Rovers edged Chaddesley Corbett 1-0 and Westbury Celtic beat Crabmill 4-1. Cummings bagged a five goal haul as Ringspanners thumped Stoke Prior Sporting 10-1 in the WA Harris Cup Group A.
In Group C Bromsgrove General Reserves beat Black Cross 8-2 and Bromsgrove Town defeated Victoria Barnt Green's reserve side 6-0 in Group D.
