On November 7, Jacqui Haldane, from Bishops Wood, gave a presentation about the environment and how people can benefit themselves and the world by simple, straight-forward, methods of recycling.

She had with her a wormery, explaining how left-over food can be recycled to provide fertiliser for gardens and pot plants.

The first interest group started in November, learning hand-bell ringing. The group meets weekly.

The first "walk to a pub" is scheduled for December.
