IN response to many recent letters regarding the 24-hour licensing laws in Malvern, please hear my plea!
In an era where we are seeing new bars such as Priors Croft opening in Malvern along with bars boasting 3am licensing and table dancers like the Vaults, to me these bring only one drawback.
In the past leaving pubs in Malvern at just gone 11pm meant that friends and I could make the regular Thursday, Friday and Saturday night walk home via one of Malverns many food establishments.
Forget violence, drunken behaviour or anything else that could land you with an ASBO, the only problems we are encountering after midnight is where we can find a sweet & sour chicken or lamb buhna.
So please, to all restaurant owners hear my plea for late opening.
