ALVECHURCH Parish Council is looking for a community-minded person to take up a position on the council.
Clerk Yvonne Goode said: "One of our councillors has moved out of the village so we now have a vacancy.
"They don't need previous experience but need to be older than 21 and a British citizen, or citizen of the Republic of Ireland or EU."
She added potential councillors needed to be an elector of the parish, own or occupy land or premises in the parish, live in or within three miles of it or have their principal place of work there.
