THE first event of the year for Special Olympics Worcestershire was the Indoor Athletics meeting at Eton, where Wyre Forest athletes gained two gold, three silver and four bronze medals.
Gold: Debbie Allen-Trew (60 metres), Ian Harper (shot).
Silver: Allen-Trew (shot), Claire Andrews (60m and long jump), Harper (60m).
Bronze: Steven Boyce (shot), Jack Bradley (60m), Jamie Dancyger (60m), Philip Woodyatt (shot).
