MERCIA Inshore Search and Rescue is holding a recruitment day at Cruisers Restaurant, Upton Marina, on Sunday (February 12), from 10am to noon.
Chairman David Walker wants to add to the rescue organisation's 20 frontline members and 10-man support team.
The event offers the chance for anyone interested in joining to meet the crew, see the equipment and take to the water if conditions allow.
MISAR is open to anyone aged 18+ and all members are provided with full training and equipment.
