WORCESTER Warriors full-back Jamie Lennard retains his place in the starting line-up for England Students' game against Italy Under 25s in Sardinia today.

Hooker Dan James, who hails from Sinton Green and goes to Loughborough University, is again on the bench.

Elsewhere, four changes have been made to the side beaten by France last week.

Filton centre Jon Pritchard comes into the back line with Oxford's Ali James moving to the wing.

Rob Faulkner starts in the front row and Marjons flanker Chris Irvine takes over at open-side flanker. There is an injury doubt over lock Robert Anderson, so Hartpury's Steve Pape -- who played for England Universities in last week's 57-23 win over Wales -- has travelled to Italy as cover.

The Students were beaten 41-6 by France last weekend and the management have added experience to their pack in the shape of Faulkner and Lowrie.

They will need the extra know-how in Nuoro, where they face virtually the same Italian side that took on England 'A' a week ago.

"We've added some more experience to the side for what will be a tough game," said manager Tony Lanaway.

"Rob Faulkner brings his experience of captaining Newbury and showed up well when he came on against France, while Chris Lowrie gives us more bulk and he's enjoying a good season with Plymouth Albion.

"We felt we under-performed against France when playing at Twickenham for the first time and we've been working hard on putting some things right."
