SIR - Why do people keep criticising the Worcester Royal Hospital? I have visited the WRH many, many times and the care from all departments was excellent.
The waiting time to see a consultant from when my GP wrote to him to when I received an appointment was about two weeks. Waiting time at the hospital was very short.
