ADVERTISER readers are being given the chance to go to the Gala Night re-opening of the town's Palace Theatre, with a free ticket giveaway.

The recently refurbished venue has teamed up with the Advertiser to offer eight pairs of tickets to the grand re-opening on Saturday, April 22 - a night which is closed to the public.

The theatre will re-open with a new auditorium, restored seats and custom-made stained glass panels.

At the event, the audience will be treated to spectacular displays of Irish dancing in the opening production of Celtic Feet.

Accompanied by the band Devil's Dance, the show captivates audiences wherever it appears, with a wonderful fusion of Celtic rock, folk and traditional Irish music.

To be in with a chance of winning, all you have to do is write in and say, in no more than 40 words, why you would like to attend the Gala Night re-opening.

Entries should be sent to Paul Hughes, Palace Theatre, Alcester Street, Redditch, B98 8AE.

The closing date for receipt of letters is Monday, April 17.
