SHARPSHOOTERS took part in Redditch's first High Fives Netball Festival at the Abbey Stadium.
Pupils from eight schools in the town attended the event, which was organised by Redditch Council's sports development team.
Sports development officer Vicci Webley said: "The festival encouraged teamwork and the chance to improve the skills and abilities of the pupils, as well as giving them their first insight into the sport of netball."
"It was a great opportunity to show boys and girls in Redditch what netball is all about, in a fun sporting environment.
"Hopefully, it will be even bigger and better next year."
Trophies were awarded to Church Hill Middle School and Pitcheroak School for demonstrating high quality skills and fair play.
Redditch will soon be launching a netball little league for nine-13 year olds.
