The finishing touches are being made to Redditch Exiles' Veterans tournament this Easter.

But there is room for another side to enter the competition after Tyneside withdrew ahead of the action.

Two of the remaining sides will be travelling from Lille in France so the competition with have an international feel.

A spokesman for Redditch Exiles said: "Many sides have already made plans for Easter which is a traditional touring time, but we are hoping to encourage a local Barbarian-type side.

"If there are any over 30s from local clubs who fancy joining in they will be more than welcome."
