I Called at a local store in Catshill to purchase the obligatory Mother's Day card.
On leaving the store I was greeted by a sea of smiling young faces.
I and other people leaving the store were presented with a very pretty small pot plant and wishes for a happy Mother's Day.
Not only were these children, who it is important to note were accompanied by adults, giving happy greetings, but they were armed with black plastic bags and litter pickers to clean up the local area.
It was such a delight to see such well mannered caring young individuals. Well done Catshill Baptist Church and well done Catshill.
