CONGRATULATIONS on highlighting once again the saga of the Bromsgrove Devil. He is a piece of local history and as such should be cherished in Bromsgrove, where he has always lived.
The newly-refurbished library is the ideal location as one of its roles is to strengthen local knowledge and community history, and it is of course his traditional home.
