Thame United 0 Bromsgrove Rovers 4

Southern League Division One West

STRIKER Paul Moore bagged a brace as Bromsgrove Rovers ran out comfortable winners over the Southern League Division One's bottom side on Tuesday night.

A goal in each half by the striker made sure Rovers started a tight schedule with the team's first victory in three games.

The last time Rovers tasted victory they defeated Thame at home 4-0.

Manager Rod Brown handed Phil Male his first start since rejoining the club last week and also rested Mark Benbow, Neil Davis and Geohaghan.

Moore opened the scoring in the 24th minute after good work by Johnson and Luke Reynolds.

Wayne Dyer carved open Thame United in the second half with a bright run and pass and allowed Johnson to make it 2-0 in the 56th minute.

Substitute Geohaghan bagged a rare goal when he lobbed the goalkeeper after a probing run by Joe Williams.

Moore then put the icing on the cake when he turned quickly and unleashed an 80th minute shot that was firmly buried in the bottom corner of Thame's goal.
