GOOD causes across Wyre Forest are being given cash boosts through lottery handouts.
Awards for All money will help organisations including a school and a sports club, following the announcement of the latest round of grants in the West Midlands.
Out of more than £500,000 awarded to 130 projects throughout the region, the maximum payout of £5,000 goes to three around Wyre Forest.
Chaddesley Corbett Sports Club has also been granted £5,000, for the redesign of its women's changing rooms.
Shrawley Parish Hall will use its allocation to re-point the building's chimneys to eliminate damp patches in the hall.
Bayton CE Primary School has been awarded £4,600 to create an outdoor trim trail, with exercise and play equipment.
Awards for All grants enable people to take part in art, sport, heritage and community activities, as well as projects promoting education, the environment and health in communities.
John Taylor, head of the Big Lottery Fund in the West Midlands, said: "One of the best things about awarding grants is helping communities make a real difference."
