PEOPLE who took part in Kidderminster variety shows during the 1950s and 1960s are being invited to a reunion this weekend.
Scouts and Guides who took part in the Gang Shows, based on the original idea by Ralph Reader, at the town's Playhouse Theatre are urged to pop along and share their memories at Stourport Day Centre on Saturday.
The reunion, being organised by the Kidderminster production committee, is open to former members, who are also welcome to invite a guest.
The event will begin at 7pm and the ticket price will include refreshments.
Organiser, Valerie Yapp, said: "The Gang Shows were very popular in their day. We hope that former members will pop by and bring along any memorabilia."
