A MALVERN-based housing organisation has been given a top rating for its performance in a range of areas.
The work of the Festival Housing Group has been judged by Quality Housing Services, an independent body which aims to drive up standards. The organisation carries out regular checks - some anonymously - on Festival's range of housing services.
Festival's executive director Clare Huyton, said: "This is good news for our customers, staff and contractors."
