THE RSPCA is bursting at the seams with bouncing bunnies in need of homes.
The Worcester branch of the charity has urged people thinking of buying a rabbit to consider a rescue pet.
More than 20 bunnies are being cared for in foster homes across the city.
Digby - aged about one - was neglected and found living in filthy conditions.
Because rabbits like company, the RSPCA want to find sisters Milly, Molly and Mandy a home together.
A spokeswoman said: "We are absolutely full and can't take any more until we re-home some."
But, with that time of year upon us, parents have been urged to remember a rabbit is for life, not just for Easter.
She said that many rabbits were found dumped in boxes.
