THE £700,000 refurbishment of the Alexandra Hospital's Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Centre was officially opened by Bromsgrove MP Julie Kirkbride.
Miss Kirkbride visited the new ENT and Audiology Centre, spoke to staff and unveiled a commemorative plaque last Tuesday.
The new Woodrow Drive centre, which was funded by a grant from Action On Programme, will offer a range of improved services for both adults and children.
ENT Consultant Richard Vaughan-Jones said: "We can now offer our patients an improved service as the dedicated area enables us to offer extra clinics.
"We have additional consulting rooms, the latest equipment and a very pleasant area for both patients being treated and for staff to work in."
