MEMBERS of the Bromsgrove and District Twinning Association (BADTA) have just returned from a frantic weekend of activities with their hosts across the channel in Normandy.
The twinners took part in line dancing, listened to live jazz, studied the history of Christian Dior, enjoyed the Bayeaux Tapestry and visited the Normandy landings museum at Aromanches before catching the return ferry for an eventual return to Bromsgrove in the early hours of Tuesday. All this to keep the name of Bromsgrove alive and kicking in rural Normandy!.
BADTA has welcome support from local councils, press and businesses, but as a financially independent organisation it needs all the support it can get from local families.
