NEW Redditch skipper Neil Hodgkins is looking forward to leading the Bromsgrove Road side into a new league this season.
And he is hoping that his mix of youth and experience will prove to be a winning formula.
Hodgkins said: "Following restructuring of the Midlands leagues, we will be playing in the new Midlands 6 West (SW) league.
"With old rivals such as Bromyard and Birmingham Exiles, as well as some new opponents, in the division, we are looking forward to what should be an exciting season."
And the Redditch scrum-half added: "Through a combination of the experienced players within the squad, plus the development of a number of the club's younger players, we are aiming to put in some strong performances."
The club is also looking for potential new players to attend training sessions at the Bromsgrove Road ground. They will be held every Tuesday and Thursday evening at 7pm, starting on July 4.
