MORE than 60 riders from across the country converged on the area to take part in the Redditch Road and Path Club's 10-mile time trial.
Wyre Forest rider P Prince took the honours with a time of 21.33 to cover the course which took in Harvington, Salford and Alcester.
Stourbridge cyclist R Iddles came home in 21.39 for second and the veterans prize while Banbury's J Simpkins was third in 21.41. The leading local rider was Ollie Braithwaite who also finished second in the Redditch 25-mile evening time trial behind guest rider C Halpin.
A number of juvenile riders also impressed with Alex Cogswell (1.11.20) and Rachel Deane (1.29.34) producing good times, the latter on her first ride.
