BUILDING on their success in the world of jazz the Worcestershire Youth Jazz Orchestra will be once again performing at Worcester's Swan Theatre for 'Jazz on a Summer's Evening.
They'll be performing with this year's special guest, Mark Nightingale, on Wednesday, July 12.
WYJO musical director, Ian Hattersley, said: "The Swan is a fantastic venue for us and it promises to be an amazing evening. Performing with Mark Nightingale and the orchestra will be an absolute pleasure."
And before that, during what is a busy time for the WYJO , they will also be performing at the 21st Oliver Cromwell Jazz Festival at Upton -on-Severn this Saturday.
Mr Hattersley said: "The Upton Jazz Festival is a fantastic event for musicians and audience alike. The sheer range of styles, performers and international influences creates a distinctive buzz that is intoxicating. We love it."
