A TRIO of exhibitions have opened at Bewdley Museum to coincide with the town's carnival weekend.
Bewdley Carnival was held on Saturday, June 18 and Sunday, June 19 and thousands of visitors turned out to take part in celebrations.
Hat's Off is a special showcase of hats from the museum's collection. They are on show alongside archive photographs showing local uses of headwear in the 20th Century. The exhibition runs until Sunday, July 30.
The museum's From Brush To Canvas exhibition is a selection of paintings from its collection including portraits and landscapes of local interest.
Featured is the well known painting of the Badland Sisters by Cyril Lavanstein. The exhibition runs until Monday, August 28. Finally, Fired Earth is the work of West Midlands ceramicist Simon Hancox and will be on display in the museum's Quayle Gallery until Wednesday, August 16. Admission is free to all exhibitions.
