GIANT centre-half Mark Creighton has been added to the Kidderminster Harriers ranks from Redditch United.
The 6ft 4ins defender, who helped the Reds stay up in Nationwide North last season, agreed a one-year contract at Aggborough.
It will be Creighton's first spell in the Conference but he impressed at Redditch with solid and consistent displays to earn the captaincy and the player-of-the-season award.
As well as playing for Bromsgrove Rovers and Willenhall Town, he turned out for Harriers youth six years ago.
Kidderminster wanted to re-sign him last season but have succeeded this time, beating off competition from Football League clubs.
Assistant boss Neil Howarth said: "He's strong in the air, doesn't struggle for pace and he certainly lets centre-forwards know they've been in a game.
"He's a threat at set-pieces and he's good at winning headers in both boxes. He'll benefit greatly from playing and training full-time."
