WELL done, Malvern! It is very gratifying to see the St George and Union flags flying in Great Malvern. I am sure other residents and visitors to Malvern have noticed the display of flags along Belle Vue Terrace and down Church Street.
Having recently visited both Worcester and Hereford town centres, where not a single flag was in sight, I must congratulate Malvern for its show of patriotism, not only for the World Cup, but also as a way of showing that we are proud of our country, in what is for some people a very challenging time.
