MARK Yates has trimmed his Kidderminster Harriers squad by releasing Patrick Flynn.
The 21-year-old former Wolves player made a good impression in six Harriers games at right-back but has not appeared since Yates was appointed boss in early January.
Flynn, who joined after a brief spell with Torquay, was on a month-by-month deal at Aggborough and Kidderminster's new manager has been looking to reduce numbers.
Yates said: "Patrick was on a short-term deal here and hasn't really been part of my plans.
"I didn't want to stop him from getting the chance to play first-team football somewhere else so we've decided to let him go."
