MARK Yates wants to tempt impressive Kidderminster Harriers striker Luke Reynolds into signing a full-time contract for next season.
Former AFC Telford United player Reynolds has adapted superbly to the Nationwide Conference, displaying a high work-rate and bagging three goals in six games.
But the 26-year-old, prolific for the Shropshire side in the Unibond Premier Division this season, is only on a part-time, non-contract deal due to other work commitments.
Harriers manager Yates said: "Luke isn't full-time and even though he isn't getting to as many training sessions as we might like, he still puts himself about a lot.
"Playing two games in just a few days along with the travelling has been hard on him but his work-rate always guarantees that he'll keep working hard and creating chances.
"We've already had a little chat about next season and hopefully we can entice him to join us full-time."
Harriers play their final Conference away game at Dagenham on Saturday with defender Johnny Mullins and winger Michael Blackwood back from two-game bans.
