KIDDERMINSTER Harriers defender Gavin Hurren has signed a one-year deal to stay at Aggborough.
The former Nottingham Forest youngster joined Harriers last summer after impressing during a trial following his City Ground release.
Hurren initially failed to feature for Harriers this season and spent a month out on loan at Bromsgrove Rovers, but the spell did him good as he went on to win a starting place and is now a first team regular, making 11 appearances.
Hurren said: "Mark Yates has given me a chance to prove myself and I'm very grateful for that. I've only played a handful of games but I think I've been strong. I've headed and tackled well."
