SIR - I don't understand why MP Mike Foster appears not to have listened to Chief Constable Paul West.
Mr West is a man who knows what he is talking about, having previously expressed concern about the merging of West Mercia, Warwickshire, Staffordshire and West Midlands.
But no! Mr Foster thinks he knows better than an expert of many years standing. Or is it just that he just dare not agree in case he upsets his boss?
