YOUNGSTERS at St George's First School pulled all the right strings when they performed their latest play to friends and family.
Pupils from Years 3 and 4 performed The Misadventures of Ashley the Puppet at the Stevenson Avenue School to thrilled audiences last week.
The story tells the tale of Ashley and his attempts to impress his toymaker father, while ignoring the wise advice of Terry the Tortoise.
But all comes well in the end as Ashley makes his father proud of him.
