BROMSGROVE RFC coach Iain Hall believes that the first team's disastrous season in the Midlands Division one is down to confidence.
The Boars are bottom of the table and have yet to earn a point after 18 games.
Hall, who joined the club in November, believes that things will improve when the players get some much needed self-belief back.
He said: "Confidence is so important and the players' just need to hold onto it.
"We're working on a lot of new things in training and when the team has the confidence to pull them off that is when we have been close to winning.
"There have been times in games when the players put into practice what they have been working on. All of a sudden we've looked like we might win a game.
"But when things aren't going well in a match then can also panic and stop doing things properly.
"We have came a long way since I joined and things are definitely improving though."
Bromsgrove will be looking for that all important first win of the season on Saturday, March 11, when they take on Bedford Athletic away from home. Alistair Hall is a doubt after injuring a finger against Dudley, while Ben Eason could also miss the match through injury.
