CLASSICAL MUSIC SOCIETY - TO mark the anniversary of the storming of the Bastille, the committee will on Friday, July 14 present a programme of recorded French music.

The programme, which will include music by Gounod, Satle and Ravel, will be presented at Holy Innocents Community Centre, Kidderminster, starting at 7.30pm.

Visitors will be welcome.

CYCLING CLUB -THERE are two rides this Sunday. Both rides start at 7am from The Green, Blakebrook, opposite the hospital and meet up at Highley for breakfast at 9am. All cyclists will be welcome and should bring a packed lunch. On Wednesday there is an evening ride to The Hampstall Inn at Astley Burf. The ride leaves The Green at 7 pm. FIELD CLUB - THE next outing of Kidderminster Field Club will be on Wednesday, July 19 when, after a coffee stop at Hodnet, members will have a guided walk around the town of Nantwich by Eric Greenwood.

This will be followed by a visit to Cholmondeley Castle Gardens.
