SIR - Does politics addle the brain? It would appear it does. Both Roger Berry and Mike Foster are both up in arms about the increase in parking fees in Worcester. Have they forgotten in such a short time this is to force people on to buses and park-and- ride? The council has got to find the money from somewhere to pay the bus company to drive around town with only one or two passengers on board for hours on end each day.
